Day 2 of Training for Ironman Cozumel 2013

Got up at 4:30am this morning to get ready to Coach Boot Camp. I introduced the Team to Kettle Bells, a fantastic way to incorporate strength training into the routine. I joined them on the workout so that takes care of my weight training today. Dashed home and joined Sonya and the IT&B crew for their weekly Tantalus ride. It felt awesome and I felt pretty strong after not having climbed that mountain in months. Did a nice 20 min run off the bike and it felt pretty good. My main goal here is to take one workout at a time, 1 day at a time, so I don’t get overwhelmed.

Coaching and managing the Try Fitness business requires time in the office sitting on my butt. I don’t like that so much as I like working with my clients out in the field. Time management is going to be key. Still feeling strong.
